Hellen Ati, the alleged baby mama of socialite and businessman, Cubana ChiefPriest, is finally getting the attention she had long wanted
But this time it is coming in form of a defamation law suit
This was made known by DPA family court lawyer, Emeka Ugwonye via his social media handle
Ugwuonye, who rose to fame on social media as May Edochie’s attorney, posted a court document on his Facebook wall today
that was purportedly submitted by Cubana Chiefpriest to a Kenyan magistrate court.
The socialite is requesting an order in the court document to prevent Hellen from disparaging him online.
Hellen has continuously harassed the socialite on social media, claiming that her two-year-old son is his
and that he needs to come forward so that he can get a DNA test done and take custody of the boy.

The socialite, however, has denied ever having met Hellen or been associated with her.
Meanwhile according to Lawyer Emeka, this law suit is more to the detriment of Cubana ChiefPriest than it is to Hellen
As through a good lawyer, the socialite may be mandated to conduct the DNA to further ascertain whether Hellen’s claims are true or not

He sued her in Kenya. God want to help the lady and the child. Hence, Cubana ChiefPriest willingly submitted himself to jurisdiction. Wonders shall never cease. Of course, on the surface, it will appear that CCP is bold and confident. But remember this post: it is his biggest miscalculation because any paternity test will likely show he is the father. The lady’s greatest obstacle was that she was too afraid to come to Nigeria to sue. Now, that problem has been solved. DPA Kenya will help the child
