After months of speculation and quiet tension, Star singer Katy Perry and Actor Orlando Bloom have finally called it quits to their almost 7yrs together
The pair, who started dating in 2016 and got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2019, share a four-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove.
Their reps have now confirmed the breakup, stating:
“Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting.
They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is –
and always will be – raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect.”
The confirmation comes after signs that something was off.
Orlando Bloom recently attended Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding in Venice alone, while Katy Perry was on tour in Australia.

He also posted a cryptic message about “loneliness” and “darkness,”
and Katy was spotted breaking down in tears onstage at her final Australian show.
According to reports from Us Weekly, the split has been “amicable” and “not contentious,”
though insiders say it’s been “a long time coming.”
One source noted that Katy is “upset but relieved” not to be facing another divorce,
referencing her previous marriage to comedian Russell Brand, which ended in 2012.
Despite the separation, both stars are reportedly committed to maintaining a united front for their daughter.
Meanwhile recall that Katy Perry had come under massive attack, after her trip to space on the Jeff Bezos spaceship
A trip that was supposed to be an iconic moment for the singer turned into a hate campaign
as many believe she had no business being there.
Also there were reports that the tension in her union with Orlando Bloom became more heightened after that visit to space
It is sad however that their relationship has taken a nosedive.
