Popular American singer Young Noble, a member of Tupac’s Outlawz rap group, has passed on at age 47.
The rapper reportedly died by suicide.
His colleague at the Outlawz group, E.D.I. Mean, announced his passage in a post on his Instagram page.
While revealing that Noble died by suicide, E.D.I. Mean called the attention of his fans to the realities of mental illness and urged them to always check on their loved ones.
“My brother & partner of over 30years took his life this morning. Rest in Power Young Noble. Mental illness is real. CHECK ON YOUR FOLKS”.
Also reacting to the news, Tupac’s official page reshared the post by E.D.I. Mean on Instagram.

Famous Nigerian filmmaker and producer Kayode Peters has passed on at the age of 49.
He reportedly died in Canada on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
Popular Nigerian filmmaker and the founder of Best Of Nollywood (BON Awards), Seun Oloketuyi, announced the sad news on his Facebook page.
He wrote,
“Bad news emerging from Canada indicates filmmaker Kayode Peters is dead.”
According to a statement by the family confirming his sudden exit, he battled a long-term illness and sadly gave up the fight this morning, after an unsuccessful surgery.
Insiders informed us that the family prayed, worked and hoped for the best; and that the deceased had ‘strong hopes’ of getting back to full health and ‘bouncing back fully’ till he gave up the ghost on friday in Toronto, Canada.
Ananda Lewis, a famous MTV VJ and talk show host, has died at the age of 52.
Lewis raised a generation of music fans while hosting “MTV Live” during the 1990s.
Her death was confirmed by her sister, who shared a tribute on Facebook.
Lewis appeared, along with two CNN reporters, in an interview last October where she revealed her breast cancer had progressed to stage 4.
