Uriel Drags Netizens After They Criticised Tacha For Enhancing Her Body

Meanwhile, Ex-BBNaija star Uriel Oputa has defended fellow alum Tacha against critics shaming her over her enhanced body.

Recall that BBNaija’s Tacha, via her Instagram page, showed off her new figure after she recently underwent breast surgery, sparking criticism from some Nigerians who accused her of spoiling her body.

Uriel accused Nigerians of hypocrisy and selective memory, noting that they were the same individuals who mocked Tacha’s natural body in 2018.

She said, “If the world is trying to create a new method for amnesia, forget surgery, forget medications. Just bring 10 Nigerians, especially from Lagos, and let them breathe on the person that needs memory loss, just 10 minutes of breathing, that’s it, instant amnesia, no side effects.

“Because Nigerians? You people are just the true originators of selective memory. One minute you are dragging someone through the mud, next minute you are acting brand new, like you weren’t the ones that started it.

“Why can’t you people just twist your lips, put them inside your pocket, and face front? You people are so unstable. Yes, I said it with my full chest, with all due respect.

“Tacha, the same woman you shamed back in 2018, mocked her body, ridiculed her every move. Now she is glowing up, looking like a whole meal, and suddenly, everyone has moral opinions?”

Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor, aka Rema, has explained how he rebranded himself before the release of his sophomore album, ‘HEIS,’ last year.

The singer rebranded by dropping his signature mask and teddy bear and embracing tattoos, smoking, and darker colours. He also changed his sound and aesthetics.

Speaking on the first anniversary of his sophomore album on Thursday, Rema clarified that his rebranding, including smoking, was just an expression of art and not a betrayal of his personality, as many presumed.

He explained that the controversial album cover was inspired by the Japanese anime series Naruto character, Itachi Uchiha.
