This may likely not be the smartest move that New Orleans escaped Prisoner, Massey, could have made

Pleading for help from the US president, Donald Trump, and other celebrities,

despite a widely spread man hunt for him

Massey, was among the nine other inmates who escaped from the New Orleans justice center on the 16th of May 2025

In the video currently making waves online, the inmate revealed that the charges for which he is in jail for were false,

and pleads with Donald Trump to step in

He also sought help from rappers Meek Mill, Lil Wayne, and NBA YoungBoy.

At one point, the man says, “Who I was in the past is not who I am today,”

while denying allegations that he threatened a maintenance worker with a weapon

and called the jail system “corrupted,” referencing both OJC and St. Tammany Parish jails.

As The Manhunt For Massey Continues, The Inmate  Is Far From Surrendering

Massey further claims the domestic abuse battery charge that kept him in jail was based on a false report from a jealous girlfriend.

He also displayed what he claims are affidavits, stating, “This is the affidavits on a date right here.”

The escaped prisoner then accused the State of Louisiana of corruption,

Further arguing he was being unfairly prosecuted and mistreated behind bars.

Massey also claimed he was facing life in prison for charges he did not deserve

and alleged that his decision to leave jail was about escaping an unjust situation.

Massey and fellow escapee Derrick Groves are the last two inmates still on the run from the group of 10 who broke out of the jail in the early hours of May 16.

Authorities have since recaptured eight of the escapees and arrested more than a dozen people accused of helping them.

There is currently a $50,000 reward for tips leading to the capture of Groves and Massey.

Meanwhile, we do not know whose idea it was for Massey to seek help from Donald Trump
Perhaps, this is coming on the heels of the President granting pardons to many people who had been locked up “unfairly”.
Recall that the President also said that he may grant Diddy a pardon as well
Well we doubt this plea will work in Massey’s case
