Popular Australian actor Julian McMahon is no more.
Julian McMahon died in Clearwater, Florida on July 2 2025, after a private battle with cancer.
McMahon’s wife, Kelly, announced his passing in a statement shared on Friday.
She wrote,
“With an open heart, I share with the world that Julian McMahon, my beloved husband died peacefully this week after a valiant effort to overcome cancer.
“His deepest wish was to bring joy into as many lives as possible. We wish all of those to whom Julian brought joy to continue to find joy in life. We are grateful for the memories”.
The 56-year-old actor is known for his roles in Fantastic Four, Charmed, and Nip/Tuck.
The deceased actor is the son of William McMahon, a former Australian Prime Minister.

Popular Korean actress, known for her lead role in the series “Divorce Insurance,” Lee Seo Yi, has passed on at the age of 43
Lee’s manager posted a message through the actor’s social media account on Tuesday.
“A radiant, beautiful, kind and lovely eonni (older close friend) became a star in the sky on June 20, 2025.” The post served as an obituary for the actor.
“As many of you may be shocked and saddened by this sudden news, we ask that you pray for her to go to a peaceful and beautiful place,” the manager added.
The cause of death was not disclosed.
Meanwhile, the news came as a shock to fans, especially as Lee had been active on social media until recently.
Fellow actors and industry colleagues have left heartfelt messages expressing sorrow and remembrance.
Born in 1982, Lee began her acting career with the 2013 MBC historical drama “Hur Jun, the Original Story.”
and went on to appear in “Cheongdamdong Scandal,” as well as films including “The King,” and “Killing Romance.”
She most recently appeared in the tvN drama “The Divorce Insurance,” which concluded its run in May.
