Renowned movie producer and actor, Tyler Perry, is currently facing a sexual harassment allegation from male actor, Derek Dixon
Derek, who played the role “Dale” in Tyler Perry’s series, “The Oval”, is accusing the filmmaker of sexual harassment and assault
And is further asking for the sum of $260million
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Derek claims he met Tyler at an event in 2019 where the filmmaker allegedly approached him and took his number. Not long after, Tyler reportedly gave him a small role on Ruthless before inviting him to his home in Atlanta.

Derek Dixon says he drank too much during that visit and passed out in a guest room. He alleges that Tyler entered the room while he was asleep, got into bed with him, and touched his thighs. He says he rejected the advance, but things didn’t end there.
Furthermore, according to Derek, Tyler allegedly started sending sexually suggestive texts after securing a larger role in The Oval, including one that allegedly read, “No straight man would be going on walks with you or cooking dinner for you unless they wanted to fk you, I would fk you”.
The young actor also claims that his gay and homeless store clerk character on the show reflected what Tyler allegedly said he was searching for in real life: a dependent and desperate person.
Derek further claims that during his stay at Tyler’s guest house in June 2021, things became heated. Tyler allegedly said, “Relax and just let it happen,” as he groped him, pulled down his panties, and gave him a good-night hug. Derek claims that in order to avoid more interaction, he immediately changed the topic.
On why he didn’t come out since with these allegations, Derek Dixon explained that he didn’t want his acting career to end, hence his silence all these years
But now He is done keeping quiet and is seeking a $260million compensation for the ordeal he went through
Meanwhile report states that the actor has also quit his role in “The Oval” series, as he says his mental health cannot handle working with Tyler Perry anymore
