Simon Guobadia to Settle Porsha Williams $7,000,000 in Prenup Battle

Newly deported Nigerian businessman Simon Guobadia will lose money and property following his bitter divorce battle with ex-wife, Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star Porsha Williams.

Williams and Guobadia have been engaged in a legal battle for a prenup to be enforced. The prenup was signed before they got married.

After Guobadia was taken into custody by ICE, the hearing was postponed several times. However, the 61-year-old is back in Nigeria.

After 15 months of marriage, the 43-year-old Williams filed for divorce in February 2024.

US Weekly also reported Mr Guobadia’s deportation, citing his friend and business partner, Tai Savet,

Who said that the Nigeria-born businessman was sent on a flight home a few days ago.

“Savet said Guobadia, 61, was in “good spirits” after a tough experience at the detention centre,

which was the first time he had ever been behind bars,” the platform reports.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, is the law enforcement organization in charge of upholding US immigration regulations.

The controversial immigration crackdown under President Donald Trump is causing the body to make a large number of arrests of immigrants.

According to US Weekly reports that Guobadia’s blamed Williams’ “misrepresentations” about leaving RHOA, on why he agreed to the prenup.

The prenup will force Guobadia to “split the equity of his $7,000,000 premarital home (the Marital Residence) with [Williams] and pay significant debts and expenses for the wife’s benefit.”
